Lease Doc Prep Service

Need help in preparing a residential rental lease for your property or boat slip? We can help with that by preparing a FL approved lease agreement including e-sign service. This document is good for ANY non-commercial residential Florida property statewide.

Simply order this service then email us your rental details to listforlessllc@gmail.com including:

1. names, address, email & phone # for each tenant party
2. names, address, email & phone # for each landlord party or entity
3. terms of lease: monthly or annual amount, first & last, security deposit, start date, end date
4. Any other specific lease details. We will call or email you if we have questions or feel that something is missing.

We will then prepare a draft and email it to you in PDF format for your review. We will make any necessary modifications and resend you a final draft for you to print OR we can set it up in our e-sign service for you and your tenant to electronically sign. You will then be sent a final signed version. Please give us 24-48 hr business day turn around time.
